The trailer launch comes two months before the film’s release which is slated for May 12, 2023. The romantic drama, written and directed by Jim Strouse, was initially scheduled to release on February 10. However, the team announced in Jan that the film’s release was postponed and that it would hit the big screen in May.
Based on the 2016 German film ‘SMS fur Dich’ by Karoline Herfurth, The film was previously titled ‘It’s All Coming Back to Me’ and ‘Text for You’ before it was renamed to ‘Love Again’.
In the film, Priyanka features as a woman struggling to move on from the death of her fiance. To cope, she begins sending messages to his old phone number, which has been reassigned to a new man (Sam). The two meet and develop a connection based on their shared heartbreak
Singing icon Celine Dion will star as herself in the movie and play a pivotal part in inspiring the two main characters to fall in love.
“See you at the movies!” wrote the star on social networks, noting that she will act alongside PC and Sam, known for his role in the drama series ‘Outlander’.
