Phalsa Popsicle Recipe: Indulge In This Summer Fruit Dessert, Guilt-Free


While we sweat in this dry and humid weather, all we desire is some ice cream and popsicles to cool us down on a hot summer day. We keep moving to and fro the kitchen, standing in front of the freezer, seeking relief from the cold breeze and hunting for some cold treats to enjoy. Phalsa, also known as black currant, is a small reddish-black fruit that is mostly available in the market from May to June. This summer fruit is popular for its sweet and tangy taste and is filled with many health benefits. It is good for digestion, rich in vitamin C and helps manage blood pressure. While people tend to enjoy this fruit as it is, or as a juice, today we have found a new and exciting way to add phalsa to your diet! With phalsa popsicle, you’ll get a healthier dessert, allowing you to indulge in this sweet, guilt-free.

Phalsa Popsicle Recipe: How To Make Phalsa Popsicle At Home

Wash phalsa fruits, and add them to the mixer grinder. Season it with sugar, black salt and salt. Pour water and blend everything till it makes a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture through a sieve, this will make sure all the seeds are removed from the mixture. Fill the mixture in popsicle moulds and store in the freezer till frozen.
